On my 2nd day of the introduction phase, I've lost 2 pounds already-good start! My starting weight was 183 pounds and I'm at 181 today. My goal is to get to 140 pounds.
If any one could offer advise on quick & easy breakfast ideas, I'd really appreciate it. I missing my daily bowl of cereal! Would any one have any alternatives? Thanks
