    JUST FLYING IN ON MY BROOM TO WISH YOU ALL A HAPPY HALLOWEEN! THERE IS A LOT OF SCARY STUFF OUT THERE TONIGHT --CHOCOLATE, LOLLIES, GUMMIES, AND CANDIED APPLES--DON'T LET THEM SCARE YOU. JUST CHASE THEM AWAY!

      It is a scary Holiday. It was after binging on chocolate two years ago after Halloween that I decided I had hit rock bottom and I decided to low carb. What a great decision that was.
      That theme from the Adam's family has been going around in my head all day. It is a problem!!!!
