Hello all,
New to this very awesome site. I love that it is all Atkins.
I am not new to Low Carb. I did it a few years back, lost lots of weight...but I guess self sabatoge messed up...weird...
Anyway. I hope to meet most of you !!! This site seems very supportive.

Welcome to the Atkins Board.

I hope you already have the 2002 DANDR book and have read it, it is the edition we follow on this site. If not it's worth a few dollars to purchase.

Drink a minimum 64 ounces of pure water daily, exercise and take a non-iron multivitamin (you should get enough iron from your foods). The new challenges are starting for the month -- check them out and join a couple that interest you.

Don't forget to eat enough vegetables (check the acceptable food list (What foods can be eaten on Induction?)http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/atkins-low-carb-dieting-faqs/6781-what-foods-can-eaten-induction.html) - 2 cups from the first list and 1 cup from the 2nd list daily.
