I originally joined this bulletin board back in April of 2008, and I lost about 30 lbs. Then, I got pregnant
I fell back into my carb eating ways, since you aren't supposed to diet when you're pregnant, and if I don't have rules, I generally overdo, so I gained back all that I lost, plus 10 lbs. 15 of those pounds came on after he was born! I've been too busy and tired to get my eating back on track, but I'm fed up with myself and I've just stopped breastfeeding, so I'm ready.
Day 1 of induction starts today. My diet journal is by my side, along with my giant jug of water (thanks hospital!). My crustless spinach quiche is out of the oven, and my meals are planned for this week. Here we go! It'll be great getting to know all of you again along with the folks who've joined since I've been away. I am more of a lurker, but I always get great inspiration from you all. When I need motivation, I come here first!
