Hi just introducing myself.
Ive been reducing weight over the past two years from 110kg down to 95 kg, (about 30 lb) was using a low fat mod carb diet, six meals a day and exercise ++ to achieve this, but I never felt as good as I did when I was on a low carb, higher fat diet several years ago.
Been on the induction for about a week, in good ketosis and exercising every day. I'll probably start going into OWL a little sooner as I don't think I have too much more weight to go, maybe another 10kg or so. Im not so much focussed on my weight as Im also doing weight training so Im putting on lean muscle mass.
But hey..... I know how tight my jeans are and how I feel in a snug fitting tee shirt!!
What I remember from when I did Atkins a few years ago is how good I feel when I wake up in the morning. I bounce out of bed +++
I love these forums where I can learn from everyone else, short cuts the circuit for my learning about what works and what doesnt.
