  • New to the board

I'm new to the board so I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Amie. I'm 5'7 and weigh 186. Not too happy about that. I really want to get back down to 130. It helps to see others that the Atkins diet is working for. I looked at some of the before and after photos and WOW. Weight makes a huge difference in how you look. I look so different now that I've packed on the weight. I am on the induction phase for day 4 now. Just beginning, but I've already lost 3.5 pounds and feel great! It gives you such a boost to see results.

If you haven't read the book, go to the Induction and Extended Induction forums and read the permanent posts (stickies) at the top of the list. They contain a lot of valuable information to do this right.
