    Hi all, have tried many other diets and now am opting for a low carb lifestyle and to lose slowly and a comfortable rate.

    I am trying to stick to 40g of carbs each day as a max and high protein. I always have a problem with constipation and require a supplement.

    FSC Crystal Fibre really works for me and is tastless which is better for me. Problem is the label says 10g serving has 4.4g Carbs Total (0.2g sugars) 24kcal. will still be okay to use, as concerned about the Total Carbs per serving. You can take up to 4x each day so that would be loads of carbs. I normally need 2 or 3 at most

    Does any have

    That's not how Induction works though.

    Do you have a copy of the book, Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (2002)?

    And ... Atkins isn't "high protein" either.

      Hi thanks for message, I am presently reading through the book and thought whilst getting ready for next week would try to cut back on carbs,

      Do you think the FSC fibre at 4.4g Total carbs per serving will be okay to continue using when I start properly.

        You are in the UK?
        And I assuming that is net carbs after the fibre has been deducted. In that case 4.4 is a lot carbs for fibre supplements. I would try to see if the veggies that you have eat on induction does not help you. I find that so called fibre supplements is just a waste. For me they just make things more solid. I prefer working through these problems with real food. But that is me. I know we are different.
        Atkins recommend psyllium or flax in the book.
