Hi I'm doing this after 7 years again. Last time was for my wedding and I know it works tremendously. 2 babies later and I'm back to where I was 7 years ago.. and then some. I've tried starting Atkins again many times over the past month... Today I'm committing to truly starting the induction phase again. Any help and advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.. also I can't figure out how to post the ticker.. please help

Hi and welcome back to Atkins --
Regardless of what you did before, or what people are doing now, your body is different than anyone so it’s best not to compare - just follow the plan the way it's written. Look around and find what interests you and join in. Check the STAC Second Time Around Club - Atkins Diet for additional support. Atkins isn't a diet, so it's not something you go on and off - like loosing for a wedding or special event -- it's a lifetime choice in the way you eat.
I hope you already have the 2002 DANDR book and have read it, it is the edition we follow on this site. If not it's worth a few dollars to purchase. Get enough pure water in daily (64oz is recommended), exercise and take a non-iron multivitamin - these 3 things are mandatory with Atkins.
Don't forget to eat enough vegetables (check the acceptable food list (What foods can be eaten on Induction?)http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/atkins-low-carb-dieting-faqs/6781-what-foods-can-eaten-induction.html) - 2 cups from the first list and 1 cup from the 2nd list daily. Welcome Bonnie ... as imagood1 said, read the book. If you don't have it, I see them all the time for 99 cents at thrift stores.
As far as the ticker is concerned, if you go to the forums link at the top, scroll down to Miscellaneous Forums, then Testing and Technical, Georgianna put together a great posting telling you step by step how to do it.
Take it a step at a time, a meal at a time if necessary. And if you blow it on something you eat, don't give up til the next day, but get back on track the next bite.
