    i am on atkins now for about a month..really surprises me..only diet i have actually lost on...i need some ideas for healthy eating..going to new orleans on a trip...ughhh i dont wanna blow it...thanks for the input now on to the treadmill...yuck...

    No beans, no rice, jambalya is out.....stick to fish, chicken or red meat without sauce, steamed veggies and salad should be no problem finding at restaurants.

    You're still on induction? How much do you have to loose? I did 2 weeks of induction and moved on to OWL to add an additional 5 net carbs of veggies each day - it helps me continue loosing. If you move to OWL you'll be able to have more veggies which will help keep you feeling full.

    Also, make sure you are drinking enough water while you're gone.
