am night nurse i want to loose 10kg but i eat in the night will appreciate help form everyone i relly want to do this.I am currently 93kg and size18

So - night or day it makes no different. Stay away from carbs (except a few veggies). That is all there is to it.

Glad you found the board and are excited about starting the plan. First of all, Atkins is not a "diet" it's a way of eating over a lifetime. Once you learn how to eat this way you will wonder why you didn't start long before now. A few tips to help get you started: Drink a minimum 64 ounces of pure water daily (nothing added), exercise and take a non-iron multivitamin - these are mandatory with Atkins so start now and get off on the right foot.
The recipe sites will help keep you from eating the same thing over and over -- check them out!

Forum !!!
I have lost a Wonderful 10 clothes sizes since starting 1/1/09 & beileve me, if I can do this at almost 47y/o with a limited ability to exercise do to having Lupus & Nerve Dammage after a Motorcycle Accident 5yr's ago you can do this tooooo !!!
We have have alot going on around here 24/7 it may be sharing our stories or giving & reciving information & we have a lot of fun in the process !!!
