I have looked at many of the photos and stories and have really been motivated by them. I have been on Adkins and was happy to find a BB with so many people joining the journey together. The support really helps to get input and feedback from people that are starting and have been living the Adkins lifestyle.

I don't know if your loss has been since visiting our board, but either way Congratulations
As you've discovered there are some great people on this board and lots of great stories to go with them. Visit often and post too. It looks like you have some success of your own to share and inspire others with.

Thanks for all the nice comments. I have lost my weight while looking at the ADBB. It was after looking at some of the before and after pictures that made me decide to give it a try and I love it. I am feeling so much better health wise and the energy I have is a GREAT FEELING. Actually my next goal is to post some pictures but still not quite ready. But I guess I will be real soon.

I was the exact same way, I was so inspired by the before and afters, I actually hope to become one! I have a ways to go, and finding a before body shot is impossible because I just did not take pictures. Anyway, I wish you much luck on your journey, and when you need to find someone to lean on in tough times, we'll be here!
