    Spicy pork rinds may have sugars (unless you spiced them yourselves) - they do have carbs very often.

    Ooooh thanks for the reminder, I did read the book and the lists but must have blew the cabbage thing right out of my mind.

    No I didn't spice them myself, but I ate VERY few but will look at pkg when I get home and maybe go to a Mexican grocery store and try to buy them unseasoned.

    Thanks for the pointers, I do appreciate them.

    I do tell ya though, it's been nice to NOT be starving .... I usually eat lunch at 11 .... it's 2 and I am just eating.

      Day 1 went well. I never had time to run down and get my salad so took 2 cans of while albacore tuna and mixed it with the olive oil / lemon juice dressing I had made. Very tasty.

      Day 2 I am planned and happy.

      Breakfast was 1/2 cup of egg salad (made with no sugar mayo, eggs, and a little onion) .. .and 1 hard boiled egg and 2 turkey sausage (no sugars)

      33 ounces of water

      Lunch will be: 2 hamburger patties (or maybe just 1) with a melted slice of pepperjack and lettuce, little onion and pickles. Will have a small salad on the side with oil and vinegar.

      33 ounces of water.

      Dinner will be: 1 1/2 cups of fried cabbage, hamburger, onions, sesame oil.

      33 ounces of water.
