Hi, I'm new to this website and new to atkins.
I have been told I have hypothyroidism, so it's hard for me to lose weight and I've realised that possibly it could be down to the conversion of carbs. I begin my induction tomorrow.
I really want to get down to at least 110 lbs as I am only 5ft and at 150 lbs which I feel is heavy for my little frame. I've tried low-calorie, low-fat etc and none have helped at all which is not too good. I also feel that I would need some support to get the weight off and to keep it off. So I appreciate all the help and advice that you lovely members can offer me
