    Hi!

    Hi all,

    My name is Erika. I am 25 and I have been doing induction since November 23, 2009. I have lost 14lbs so far (yay)!!!

    I would like to lose 80lbs total... so 66lbs to go!!!

              Congratulations so far....make sure you drink a minimum 64 ounces of water daily (nothing added). What exercise are you doing?
