    Hello everyone, I'm new to this site. I started Atkins induction today. I did Atkins about 3 years ago and lost 20 lbs. While doing Atkins I felt great! I had alot of energy, I looked great and felt youthful. I wish I would had stayed on Atkins and continued my weight loss journey but instead I got off course and tried other things and never had the success I had on Atkins. Today I begin again and I'm stickin to it.

    Started Again: 12/08/09

    4th Goal - 145 lbs

        Glad to have you back with the Atkins program! If you need anything just ask, we're all here to help each other.

        I hope you already have the 2002 DANDR book and have read it, it is the edition we follow on this site. If not it's worth a few dollars to purchase. Drink a minimum og 64 ounces of pure water daily, exercise and take a non-iron multivitamin – these are mandatory when following Atkins.

Make sure you are eating enough vegetables – Atkins isn’t just meat and cheese – vegetables are a huge part of your daily menu and is where most of your carbs should be coming from.
