    Are you familiar with Atkins?

Have you read Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution (2002)?

    i need 10 or less
    10 what?

    whole wheat pancakes
Whole wheat only comes in OWL Rung 9 or later... so no worries for the moment, right?

      Re: looking to begin(again)

Hi Rob, sorry but your post doesnt sound like you are doing Atkins. whole wheat, small portions, sweeteners-- alot not clear here. But if you have questions about how to do the 2002 version of Atkins, we are glad to help.

          Atkins isn't "no carb"

Induction is 20 net carbs, with MOST coming from Induction vegetables.

Maybe if you did Atkins the way it's intended, you might have success with beating your "sweets" issue.

Low carb is not necessarily Atkins.

            And no carb certainly isn't.

10 or less means carbs that work for me
            What are you eating?

the other stuff is my downfall after i wean myself off of the strict version
"Strict version"? What's the "strict version" you are talking about?

And you don't have to eat eat pancakes at all, you know.

            You should read DANDR 2002.

Atkins believe most of us will lose just fine with 20 carbs if most of them are veggies. If most of them are splenda we probably put on weight.
