    Hello. I'm Sincere. I'm fat. I don't like what I see in the mirror, and I don't like wearing fat girl clothes. I can't stand the fact that I can't wear zip up boots--they won't zip up my fat legs. And that my fat underwear dig into me especially when I sit down. I am a sugar addict, I have become a gourmand. I want to be sexy again. I'm too pretty to be fat. I have totally let myself go.

    I'm here for support and to give it. I love support, sincerity, hugs and gifts. I think rude people suck.

    Well that's me in a nutshell for now. I plan on losing this weight beginning today. I know I can do this. I've done Atkins before and I like it so that's why I'm back on this wol.

            Thanks everybody. I feel down about myself so that's why I come off pessimistic. I'm sad and so blue over being fat. I dream at night sometimes that I'm back slim, but when I wake up I realize I'm still a fat girl and I want to fall back to sleep again. I can't do anything but keep it honest.

              Hi and welcome back to Atkins --

              Regardless of what you did before, or what you read other people are doing, your body is different than anyone so it’s best not to compare - just follow the plan the way it's written. Look around and find what interests you and join in. Check the STAC Second Time Around Club - Atkins Diet for additional support.


              Please remember anything said shouldn't be taken as anyone being "rude"....we're here to help. The closer you follow the book the sooner your dreams of being thin again will happen.

              I hope you already have the 2002 DANDR book and have read it, it is the edition we follow on this site. If not it's worth a few dollars to purchase. Drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water daily, exercise and take a non-iron multivitamin – these are mandatory when following Atkins.

Make sure you are eating enough vegetables – Atkins isn’t just meat and cheese – vegetables are a huge part of your daily menu and is where most of your carbs should be coming from.

                Stick around, follow the advice here on ADBB, and stay on the plan, and that will be resolved eventually.

                I think the courage to face the truth and then take steps about it is a very admirable thing to do - it's really brave, and many people never are able to do what you're doing.
