    I'm starting my Atkins journey Dec 14th!!!

    Hi everyone, I'm Johnnyfatts. I will be starting on Monday the 14th. I recently started a Youtube channel and I have a couple videos up. I you like please check them out and subscribe. I also encourage everyone to think about starting thier own Youtube channel as the support there is great. Thanks everyone lets do this!! I'm so focused.

          Thanks everyone. Today is the day! I plan to be active on these boards to help stay focused. I've heard great things about this forum! Well, here I go. Time to make me some eggs. LOL!
