    hi im angie i live in costa rica and im new here!!! im trying to get some inspiration since i´ve never managed to stay on a diet for longer than a week :S pathetic i know but im so ready to make the change! looking forward to making new friends ....now that we are all going through the same journey lets make the best out of it!!!

        Welcome Angie. Truly committing to something like a major lifstyle change is difficult. It requires discipline. Luckily this Way of Eating (WOE) makes it easier for most of us but you are still the key. We will help all we can along the way.
