I was on atkins before in Grade 11 and dropped from 320 to 215 in 6 months. I am on Atkins again. I started again 3 weeks ago at 266, I am not down to 249. Keeps fluctuating between 249-251. My ketostix are staying in between moderate and high levels. I was drinking a lot of diet pop and Crystal Light but then thought it might be the aspertame. Have not had any for approx a week, no change. I am getting discouraged but sticking with it. I have amped workouts to 2-3 times a week, walking when possible, and working out at home. Drinking approx 2 LT of water a day. Started drinking koolaid with splenda (0 Carbs). My menu consists of:
Breakfast- Eggs (cut out ketchup) w/ a few slices of bacon
Lunch- Green peppers and mushrooms with cream cheese
Dinner- Chicken Caesar Salad.
I noticed that I have been eating quite a bit of cheese, so that's the only thing I can think of. Any help would be much appreciated.
P.S. I am losing inches like crazy, wearing clothes I haven't worn in years.
