    There's no reason to restart if you aren't going to do it correctly the full 14 days. If you restart from where you are now and do it correctly you'll start losing again. So it's up to you, redo induction or continue onto the rungs when it's time.

    If you want to tweak it by including things you think are ok even though they aren't. It's not going to work long term.

      All you're doing is keeping those cravings alive. You would do better to not feed them.
