    It takes a few days to get the hang of the plan, Fitday, exercise, water, etc.....but it's SOOOO worth it!! It sounds like you're doing great!

      Im starting to get the hang of it a little..I need to up my water intake and hmm start working out! Last night and today has been very very hard.. I got a headache last night at around 10 and was up till 3, even advil didnt help. Woke up and it was still there..usually the advil will help me kick it but this has been brutal. I have not been able to eat much today I am hungry but nothing looks appetizing cause I cant kick this headache... I am assuming this is the sugar and carb withdrawl headache.. aaaaahh when will it leave me! Oh any my energy today is non existent.. I think I need to find some threads on this withdrawl business and see what others are going through.. BTW This website is a life saver thanks to all of you, I have hope and Im giving up cause even though I feel like poo, FOR ONCE IM GOING TO FOLLOW THROUGH!

        Most likely that's what it is. Did you also quite caffeine at the same time?

          BTW. Today is my 3rd day. I started on 12/26 but cheated at dinner so I made my official start day 12/27 (Sunday) I weighted myself this morning (just curious) and I already lost 3 lbs in 2 days!!!!!!!!

            Yes, I gave up all sodas and I dont drink coffee everyday..just once in awhile. I am actually having my first cup today in 3 days thought maybe it would help. I really want to give it up but I thought soda was a good start and eventually the coffee will stop since I am not an "every morning drinker"
            I do smoke..quit for 2 months (oct and nov) but started Thanksgiving weekend..I have been smoking for 7 years and when I quit it was cold turkey cause I got really sick..I am going to try to cut back slowly...today is a good start because with this headache the thought of a cigg is making me sick!

              It appears then that you're have carb and caffeine withdrawals.

              No wonder you have a headache!

              Cutting down slowly on caffeine is a good way to do it.
