It's really best to kill your sweet tooth as soon as possible -- sweetners have been shown to slow or stop weight loss so the less of them you use the better. If you feel the need to munch go get another glass of water and drink it....many times when we think we're hungry our bodies actually need to be hydrated. Also, get up and do something other than what you're doing, go for a walk, exercise, something to get your mind off of eating....it's just your mind playing tricks on you. Are you eating enough at your meals that you shouldn't be hungry to begin with?
