Hi everyone! I just started the Atkins plan three days ago. Honestly, I wondered how in the world I would get through it! For the first two days I felt as if I had been hit by a Mac truck! I was tired, irritable, clammy, felt in a fog, etc. However, today is day three and I am starting to feel fabulous! I am still hungry, but physically I feel pretty darn good. I feel about 1000 times better than I did the last couple of days. I know this will be quite a journey, but I want to let everyone who is just starting out know that IT DOES GET BETTER! I understand that withdrawl times are different for everyone, but please know that it is possible to feel better by day three. Good luck to all. Let's all stay strong and motivated together!
