I'm ready to begin!!

Hi everyone,

I have been on Atkins before in 2006 but fell off the wagon. I'm back and determined to succeed this time. I need to lose 75 lbs and the only time I was successful at losing weight was when I was on Atkins.

I am retired and travel with my husband in a 5th wheel as he works all over the country as a welder.

I am excited and optimistic about 2010 and what it holds for me and my family. Happy New Year everyone!!

Welcome back to the Atkins way of life. How exciting to live in different places while you are loosing weight!! Make sure you read the book, drink the minimum amount of water and eat the proper foods. Exercise and supplements are also needed to get you to your goal.
