Ok here I am..once again. Some of you may no me from another board and I have done atkins several times in the past but always seemed to let myself down in the end. So of course tried other "diets" only to lose and gain back tons more(pun intended)
My name is Donna. I am 47 and mother of three. 29yr old,27yr old and 3 yr old. Yes started over and I must get control of my weight so that I can be here for my youngest.
I didn't wait till New Years to begin. I started last week. Bit shaky first few days but finally sunk in that this was IT!!! I have lost little over 5lbs since Monday.
I look forward to losing with all of you and getting to know you and ask for some much needed support! Don't sweeten it either
