Make sure you are eating your vegetables. Over half of your net carbs should come from them.Originally posted by linzi View PostI am planning on having omlette and I have also prepared some chicken portions wrapped in bacon
Good job on planning to get some exercise in! Start slow and build from there."Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."

Re: New!
Glad you found the board and are excited about starting the plan. Make sure you read the book - it will give you the knowledge you need to get to your goal. If you can’t find a copy of the 2002 Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR) locally check online at www.half.com or www.amazon.com. Eat only foods listed on the acceptable food list and eat a variety of foods and vegetables. (Atkins Diet Induction FAQs) http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/atkins-diet-14-day-induction/77558-atkins-diet-induction-faqs.html.
Plan your meals for a fews days so you have everything in your home and you won’t be tempted to eat something not allowed. Drink a minimum 64 ounces of pure water (nothing added), exercise and take a non-iron multivitamin daily. Look at the challenges to see if there is anything that interests you - start a journal, it's a great place to get everything out in the open, be accountable to yourself - you'll also meet some great people there! http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...journal-chats/. There’s something for everyone here!
Check Linda's recipe site it will help keep you from eating the same thing over and over -- http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/menus.html . If you need anything we’re here to help you!!
Good luck to you.
tinakufan -- 1 stone is the equivalent to about 14 pounds....so 3 stone would be about 42 pounds.Carole_____________________May Water 130oz daily
