        Thank you! I am planning on having omlette and I have also prepared some chicken portions wrapped in bacon which I am looking forward to! I have also recently joined a gym! x

          Make sure you are eating your vegetables. Over half of your net carbs should come from them.

          Good job on planning to get some exercise in! Start slow and build from there.

                Glad you found the board and are excited about starting the plan. Make sure you read the book - it will give you the knowledge you need to get to your goal. If you can’t find a copy of the 2002 Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR) locally check online at www.half.com or www.amazon.com. Eat only foods listed on the acceptable food list and eat a variety of foods and vegetables.                 Plan your meals for a fews days so you have everything in your home and you won’t be tempted to eat something not allowed. Drink a minimum 64 ounces of pure water (nothing added), exercise and take a non-iron multivitamin daily. Look at the challenges to see if there is anything that interests you - start a journal, it's a great place to get everything out in the open, be accountable to yourself - you'll also meet some great people there! http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...journal-chats/.
