I joined the board back in June and by mid July I lost my way. When I first started I was at 204 and got down to 184 and I have since then gained most of it back.
I don't know why I went off I felt great while following the Atkins way of life. I had more energy, less indigestion and was all around happier. I want to feel that way again and I'm really determined to stick with it this time.
My downfall is never sweets I love breads, pastas and potatoes! I got all those things out of the house and I'm just hoping not to be tempted by them ever again. I know it's going to be a long road but I really want to be healthy again
