  • Greetings!

Hello group, so glad to have found you! My husband Ken and I are going to try to work together to lose weight. I want to lose at least 40, and he wants to lose 15-25. We were wondering whether eggs could be made any other way than hard-boiled to be eaten the next day. I was thinking that maybe I could make some in the crockpot, but the only recipes that I have involve flour. Even though I grind my own flour and it's whole, we will be staying away from that in the beginning.

So, a big interest for us will be recipes. Thanks again, looking forward to getting to know you!

    Hi!

You can try making them as a quiche. I make one that has mushrooms, heavy cream, spinach, onions, feta cheese and garlic in it.

    Even scrambled can be reheated.

You can make deviled eggs. (Any recipe off the net as long as the ingredients are Atkins friendly.)
      How about egg salad.
Both of these last several days.
      Also crustless Quiche.

        Re: Greetings!

Go to Linda's recipe site for recipes on how to fix eggs and just about anything else. I make deviled eggs a lot - I found small containers to take them along with me. I've also made egg muffins - you can make oopsie rolls and use them as a bread substitute, quiches, etc. etc. etc.

          Re: Greetings!

          Thanks Carole,

I was trying to find her (Linda's) egg dishes for OP.

They are under the meatless items.
