    Re: Hi there =)

I was just asking for the recipe -- I didn't say you were cheating --

      Re: Hi there =)

I understand you didn't. I just am tired of going on message boards where ppl (not directing that word at you) will turn anything into a debate.. I posted to share my success and it turned into a couple of ppl debating the idea of 'treats' and wether cocoa is a spice... I didnt say anyone had to change their mind about cocoa.. its up to each person to decide on their own for themselves. I have tried the cake numerous different ways (making it for everyone i know so that I can test the recipe and not have to eat the cake).. so i will put some brackets of what i have done for others that they have liked a lot.

in a 2 cup glass measuring cup (or something that holds 2 cups and is microwave save)

      1 egg Beaten really well
1 tbsp sour cream or heavy cream (found the sour cream made the batter thicker)
1 tbsp of cocoa (I added 2 for someone who like a richer taste of chocolate)
*I beat it really well after each ingredient is added.. I found if I beat it more.. it got fluffier
4 tsp of splenda (I didn't use the splenda the time i made it for myself to save carbs.. and added a bit extra for someone who likes things really sweet)
      1/2 tsp of baking powder
      1 tbsp butter.

Microwave on high for 1 min. .. depends on the microwave..I found it really depends on the microwave.. the most i had to put it was 1:20 at a friends who had a fairly old microwave..lol.. I have honestly made this for every friend and family member I have visited lol ... nice to try recipe's out without having to eat it.. I want to save this for when I am really unable to beat a craving.

I am sorry if I made you feel like i was directing everything at you. I was just very dissapointed that I posted something to share my success.. was really proud of myself.. and had posters who made me feel like there was something really wrong with me for wanting something different to eat once in a while. Had I wanted opinions on my life.. my menu.. or my stance on the the cocoa debate.. i would have said "what do you think?" kwim?
