  • Back on it... thank goodness

    A couple years back I did Atkins and got to my goal weight of 130lbs. Then I had a baby - and then another one. Fast forward to now and I'm back at 152. I started Induction 8 days ago and had forgotten how terrible the first few days made me feel. All I wanted was a big bowl of pasta and some breat !

    I've finally overcome the Atkins flu or whatever they call it and am starting to become super positive about doing this again.
    My biggest hurdle is drinking enough water.

    So watch out world... I've got some really great size 4 jeans in my closet waiting to be worn !

    Ultimate Goal - to fit into my new with tags size 4 jeans I bought in Las Vegas 2 years ago and have never been able to wear.

    Hi there.I also had the baby weight to lose and that was one of the reasons I also started the diet.Im glad your over the induction flu and doing well overall.
    Water is very essential so start drinking it early to accomplish the ozs throughout the day.Stay positive and hopefully you will be in your size 4 jeans very soon.All the best.
