I'm going to the store this afternoon to restock the pantry and buy the book. I've read quite a bit and I'm sure the Atkin's diet is the way to go! However, I'm looking for suggestions for my shopping trip to begin the induction phase. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've never had a weight problem, but lost my job over a year ago and have found that I've gained around 25 lbs. I don't have alot to lose but need to begin a healthier lifestyle and lose what I have gained.
