  • hello fellow dieters

We are Mike and Claire from Snowy Stonehenge, have done Atkins before but went on holiday straight after induction oooops! This is our second go and we are on day five of induction, have misplaced the book so will probably ask ridiculous questions but if you can bare with us that would be great, would love to hear success stories to keep us going.
Mike would like to lose 60lbs ish and I would like to lose 40lbs, my body has never been the same after 4 kids.

Look forward to reading all your successes and becoming one of them, we are off to Florida mid April so that is our incentive. Think that is about it.

    Regards Claire and Mike Lawrence

While we are always happy to help, if you want to be successful, you will need to have Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution (2002).

      Check out these links, too:

            Welcome back --

If you need help finding where to get a new copy of the book check with some of the other Brits here on the board.

Good luck to both of you on your weight loss. Drink a minimum 64 ounces of pure water (nothing added), exercise and take a non-iron multivitamin daily. Make sure you're only eating food from the acceptable food list - http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...induction.html (What foods can be eaten on Induction?).

I am trying to imagine stone henge snowy. That is difficult. And I though only sheep lived around there
Anyways welcome you too. Hope you can find the book again or a another cheap copy somewhere.

I also merged the two threads so we get everything in the same place.
