  • Induction restart eve

Restarting induction tomorrow. I'm working on the menu for the week and am planning some cooking days. I find that if I cook from scratch that the induction food just tastes better. I just need to focus on getting through day 1.

I home cook everything -- that way I know exactly what's going into my food and don't have any problems with hidden sugars, too much sodium, etc.

        Good luck to you.

Day one of induction done. Made it through a bible study without eating any of the snacks because none of them fit in(I didn't go hungry). I went shopping to prepare for the week of induction friendly meals and even made my lunch for tomorrow. I packed my workout bag so I can stop at the Y on the way home from work tomorrow....I feel that I am off to a good start. Just taking this one day at a time.

Next week when you go to bible study take snacks that are allowed -- rolled up meat with cream cheese, no sugar added pickles, take deli deluxe cheese slices, make 9 small squares out of each slice, microwave for about a minute and make cheese "crackers". There are a lot of snack suggestions you could take, OR better yet, have another glass of water while you're there in place of eating. Good luck!

              Re: Induction restart eve

Done with week one of induction. Starting week two. I'm down three lbs since I started and am trying to not weigh myself too often. I have worked out twice last week. My goals for this week is to continue on induction, search new menus and increase the number of workouts for the week.

Meal plan for day 1, week 2

              oppsie with ham for breakfast

seasoned beef roast, baked cheesy califlower, and sauted brochollini with lemon
for early dinner (we eat dinner early on sunday)
