Like I said Ive been doing the diet since the 1st. My weight is barely budging. I do not feel hungry, I think Im ketosis according to the strips but my weight and stats wil not move. I read recently that Prozac could put your body into a stall on this diet. I somehow over looked this key note prior to starting. I will check with my doctor as I planned on stopping the medication anyhows but the weird thing is, if I count calories I lose weight? But atkins is not doing much for me.

Yesterday I had the following
2 scrambled eggs with two tsp of cheese (2)
one cup of cabbage and 1 tsp bacon crushed fried on stove(not sure)
pork rinds 1/2 large bag 0 carbs
SUgar free jello cup. (o)
4 16 ounces cups of water
two chicken breasts baked with buffalo sauce 2 tsp(2 carbs) and butter.
2 tsp blue cheese (4)
I usually have a vegetable but I need to make a grocery run. What about atkins bars are they a complete NO NO. Im just not sure...Now that I look it looks like junk...that im eating...

Why aren't you sure? You don't know how many net carbs are in a cup of cabbage? You can use fitday.com to keep track of your foods, carbs, fiber, fat, protein, etc.one cup of cabbage and 1 tsp bacon crushed fried on stove(not sure)
And keep in mind that we are counting net carbs on Atkins, not total carbs. You find the net carbs by subtracting fiber from the total grams of carbohydrate. So, if a food has 8 g carbohydrate and 5 g dietary fiber, it means it has 3 net carbs.
Did you check the ingredients in these? Some have sugar added.pork rinds 1/2 large bag 0 carbs

Plus, jello is junk food. It's nutritionally null.
This is the minimum amount of water required. Many people do best drinking more.4 16 ounces cups of water
1 carb per tsp is quite a lot for a sauce. Did you check the ingredients? My guess is that there's some sugar there.buffalo sauce 2 tsp(2 carbs)

They are acceptable in REAL emergencies. As a snack, they are really not a good idea. Whole foods are much better for you.What about atkins bars are they a complete NO NO.
