Started Induction yesterday after holidays that just put me way over the top....out of control and not even enjoying the crap food anymore, but somehow unable to stop. I'm sure many will understand.
I did Atkins probably about 10 years ago, with much success, 20 lbs in a pretty short time, without too much effort. Don't know why I ever strayed from this WOE....but I know it works for me and will work again, though I expect a much slower time of it this time around.
