  • I'm on board ,..

    Hi Everyone ,..

    I'm starting in the morning and I'm nervous !

    This is my second time starting this ,..and I know I can do it with your support .
    The first time I tried it was last Oct and I lost 9lbs in 10 days ,..I got off track somehow ,..then downhill from there ,..this time ,...I'M DOING IT ! it's a new year and a new ME

      I'm nervous I'm going to fail ! I really really wanna do this ,..I have two friends that will be starting with me at work ,...
      And I want so badly to accomplish this because I want to prove it to myself that ,for once ,...just for once ,..I can actually stick with this lifestyle change and lose the weight I know I need to lose .I'm currently at 190lbs ,..and I'm 5'4

      Yes ,..I have my food ready for tomorrow

          You will fail if you tell yourself that you will. This is my second time around too. The first time, I lost 70 lbs. This time I have lost 67. I feel great and am so proud. I made sure to never tell myself that I couldn't. You can! We are here for you

                    Hi and welcome back to Atkins --

                    Good for you getting back on plan! This is a great place to be and you'll find all the support you want or need. I hope you have the 2002 DANDR (Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution) book it's the edition we follow on this site. Exercise, take a non-iron vitamin and drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water daily, daily. Check Linda's recipe site - it will help keep you from eating the same thing over and over --

                    Since you've done Atkins before you may enjoy the STAC (second time around club), they have a daily sign in that people enjoy Second Time Around Club - Atkins Diet.                       Thanks so much guys ! I made it through my first day ,..but I did have some of my son's cereal because I forgot I was on the program :-(
                      I do have the Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution Book ,..I have been reading it over and over again just to get make sure I'm eating the right foods.
                      I'm having a little trouble getting my water intake (I hate water ) ,..but I'm working on it .Also thanks for the recipe link ,..I definitely need this ,..this is one of my main reasons I didn't stick with it the first time ,..(I was eating the same foods day after day because I thought it would be easier that way ).
                      Now I know better .

                      Going for day 2 ,....I know ,..I know ,...NO CEREAL !
