I am starting Atkins again for the second time. First time this year. I am trying to create a ticker, and I am not computer savy. HELP!! I created a ticker but I can't get it to my page. I am also needing recommendations for someone who is laid up and cannot exercise. Will atkins help me?

Re: I need help
Welcome --
Until you let us know how you are laid up (broken arm, car accident, etc) it's hard to suggest any type of exercise for you to do.
Eat only foods listed on the acceptable food list http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...induction.html (What foods can be eaten on Induction?) make sure you eat a variety of foods and vegetables and count all “net carbs”. Plan your meals for a few days so you have everything in your home and you won’t be tempted to eat something not allowed. Check Linda's recipe site it will help keep you from eating the same thing over and over -- http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/menus.html.
Exercise, take a non-iron multivitamin and drink a minimum 64 ounces of pure water (nothing added), daily. Start a journal, it's a great place to get everything out in the open, be accountable to yourself - you'll also meet some great people there! http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...journal-chats/. There’s something for everyone here!
If you need anything we’re here to help you!! Good luck to you!Carole_____________________May Water 130oz daily
