My name is Kenny and I have decided to take on this lifestyle not only to lose weight, but to live healthier and feel great. I am afraid of failing because I know it is difficult, but I feel like I can get the support and advice I need from this forum. This diet goes totally against what this world that we live in says to do. I think that is what intrigues me so much. To **** with everyone, I am going to do this for me! I deserve it. Just reading these posts and looking at the progress everyone has made, it fires me up. Thank You.

Re: Today Is Day One of my new lifestyle
ome Kenny!!
Plan your meals for a few days so you have everything in your home and you won’t be tempted to eat something not allowed. Check Linda's recipe site it will help keep you from eating the same thing over and over -- http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/menus.html.
Exercise, take a non-iron multivitamin and drink a minimum 64 ounces of pure water (nothing added), daily. Start a journal, it's a great place to get everything out in the open, be accountable to yourself - you'll also meet some great people there! http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...journal-chats/. There’s something for everyone here!
If you need anything we’re here to help you!! Good luck to you!Carole_____________________May Water 130oz daily
