i'm only in the morning of day 3 and i can already notice some marked improvement!
i feel great and full of energy, and i feel thinner and i thoroughly enjoy having bacon and eggs for breakfast!
i've been doing some exercise, like walking rather than taking the bus and made a conscious effort to be a bit less lazy, but i think i'm going to step that up a bit and go to the gym today!
this is great motivation!
i haven't weighed myself yet, i'm leaving that for the end of my first week so i can hopefully have a little celebration and treat myself to a good girly night out (no cheating of course!)
