I'm brand new....can you have a serving of Readi-Whip whipped cream? Less than one carb per serving?

Hi Lauren and Welcome!

No, sorry, Readi-whip is not allowed. There are many ingredients in it that are not allowed, plus all those nasty chemicals...it is not just about the carbs. But you can make your own fresh, "real whipped cream" if you really need to have it.

You are allowed from the Special Category Foods-Three ounces of unsweetened heavy cream. Just whip it up with an electric mixer.
