Hello, I have actually being reading the posts here for a week now. I am on my 12th day of induction. This is my second time around on Atkins. I started Atkins 5 years ago. I lost neary 70 pounds then went back to my old eating habits and gained back 40 pounds. After the birth of my son 3 years ago I managed to put the rest of my weight back on. I really want to loose the weight this time for good. So far I have lost 11 pounds but I still have a long way to go.

It should be the 2002 edition. So just have a check. I read in mine quite often. I think second timers especially need to review the rules and make sure they have eliminated any bad habits and short cuts from last time they did it. It is hard to go clean. But clean works. Welcome . Sounds like you are doing great.

Since you've done Atkins before you may enjoy the STAC (second time around club), they have a daily sign in that people enjoy Second Time Around Club - Atkins Diet.
