Hi, Im ninette, I live in Auckland New Zealand and have decided to take on the Atkins diet, again, I was on it about 12 years ago with great success, but fell off the wagon, big time, but am now ready once again to give it my all, bought the book again today (as I threw the old one out grr) and just about read it all in one day and have a huge positive outlook and can't wait to start tomorrow. I look forward to getting to know you all and hopefully I can be of some encouragement to you as i am sure you all will be for me. Thanks for having me on board.

Good for you getting back on plan! This is a great place to be and you'll find all the support you want or need. I hope you have the 2002 DANDR (Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution) book it's the edition we follow on this site. Exercise, take a non-iron vitamin and drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure. Check Linda's recipe site - it will help keep you from eating the same thing over and over -- http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/menus.html.
Since you've done Atkins before you may enjoy the STAC (second time around club), they have a daily sign in that people enjoy Second Time Around Club - Atkins Diet.
