Im new to Atkins and I live in Queens, Ny. I am sooo glad this site is available for all of us striving for a better food life. At first, it was tuff but hung in there and now its getting easier. Lots of thanks to all the posts on the site, they help a lot when i think I'm about to have a binge.

I see your registration date is July 23rd. Did you try Atkins before or did you only plan to?
