Hi, My name is Nic and I am a mother of two very active kids. I just went back to work and love every second of it. Problem is finding time to workout and make the proper foods. I have had amazing success with atkins 4 years ago but lost wieght for all the wrong reason and bounced back to my heaviest. I hate this feeling. Back then I didn't have any support from like minded atkiners. They all thought I was either not eating or just eating beefstx and cheese.. I joined bulletin board so that I could be with people who understand. And because i love to cook and experiement with food that is truely low carb.
