Hello, I am a previous Atkin's dieter and lost 30 lbs on my last round, but managed to gain it all back slowly but surely when I reunited my love affair with carbs and picked up on eating out of stress.
I currently weigh 191 lbs. I feel horrible even typing that, wow. My short term goal is to weigh 170 or less by April 1st. (I realize that is a rather ambitious goal, but I work out heavily during the day, so I'm pretty sure it's attainable.)
My long term goal is to drop down to 140lbs (maybe 135
and stay there!
Now that I've found this board with the tons of extra motivation and information I know I'm set up for success. Thanks alot to everyone who posts recipes, personal experience, etc...it has already been a huge motivation for me to get in gear and begin my new healthier lifestyle
