So I have heard a lot about Atkins over the years but never thought too much about it because I was never over weight or unhappy with my appearance. Well after a few unfortunate sports injuries my lifestyle was turned upside down and the weight gain began about 2 years ago. 6 months ago I was diagnosed with Celiac's and had to cut out most forms of bread, pasta and goodies. Lucky for me I am not a fan of sweets. Well finally after everyone asking if I had started Atkins (mainly due to the way I order food and so on) I decided to look into it! Well here I am one week in and I have lost 13 lbs! I probably have a leg up on most starters because I was already accustom to cutting bread and pasta. So here we go!!!
