  • Hey Everyone Thinner me is on The way <3

    Hey everyone this is about my 2nd time around my 1st time was way in 05 so here i am again. I let depression and stress keep me from having a healthy lifestyle and following with my journey i started.. So here i am no Longer comfortable in my skin and i just wanna let out the inner thinner me that i know is trapped hehehehe..

    I have the book and everything else this is my time
    Female-25-5'4
    Started Induction : Jan 27th 2010
    Starting Weight : 330pds
    Mini Goal : 315 by Valentines day.
    Mini Goal : 300 by My Bday 2/29/10

      This past year I let stress and emotions get the best of me too... but never again!!! LOL.

      Anyway, good luck! Hope to see you around.
      Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

      Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

      Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
      Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

      so:
      Restart Progress:
      12/28/09 ~ 235.1
      01/04/10 ~ 229.0
      01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
      (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
      01/18/10 ~ 227.4
      01/5/10 ~ 226.8
      02/01/10 ~ 222.6

          Welcome Mia --

          Good for you getting back on plan! This is a great place to be and you'll find all the support you want or need. I hope you have the 2002 DANDR (Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution) book it's the edition we follow on this site. Exercise, take a non-iron vitamin and drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure. Check Linda's recipe site - it will help keep you from eating the same thing over and over -- http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/menus.html.

          Since you've done Atkins before you may enjoy the STAC (second time around club), they have a daily sign in that people enjoy Second Time Around Club - Atkins Diet. Also many people start a journal to keep track of themselves. It’s also a great place to meet new people http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/forums/journal-chats/.
