    I am trying to lose approximately 40 pounds. I am not sure how much I weigh since I am afraid I have hit 200 again. About 3 years ago I weighed 180, down from 235. The weight has been slowly creeping back. I am in my third week now, and my plan is to get on the scale on February 1st. I did take my waist measurement before starting and it it down 1 inch so I guess I am going in the right direction.



    Goals:
    Started Feb 1 at 205
    March 1 200 ---204.4 Not even close to goal!
    April 1 195
    May 1 190
    June 1 185
    July 1 180
    August 1 175
    September 1 170
    October 1 165
    November 1 160

          And yay for inches lost! woohoo!
          Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

          Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

          Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
          Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

          so:
          Restart Progress:
          12/28/09 ~ 235.1
          01/04/10 ~ 229.0
          01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
          (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
          01/18/10 ~ 227.4
          01/5/10 ~ 226.8
          02/01/10 ~ 222.6
