  • Back for round 2

Hi all. I was around towards the end of last year, and sort of slowly fell of board. I had a few changes in my life that made a convenient excuse to get off of Atkins. But I am back on with a vengeance, and starting my Induction today. Just wanted to drop back in and say hi!!

Hey, I remember you! Welcome back!

So why do you need a new scale? Did you throw the old one out the window? LOL

This board is a life saver. Even when I was drifting (which I did a lot of this winter) this board kept me close enough to plan that I didn't gain tons back. It also kept me from totally blowing it. The hardest thing is seeing people make so much progress while I was standing still. But I know from their example that I can do it too. So can you.

It's good to see you back and so fired up.

      Good luck!
      Jim

Yes I'm eating a smore in the picture, how do you think I got so fat?
